The mission of the one dfp group is to take cLEAN© to the next level-locally and globally within the Diabetes Finished Products (DFP) division of Novo Nordisk.  Project managers within the group work with colleagues from the 4 other DFP sites to drive the implementation of the one dfp project, which is focused on creating standardized work processes for all sites.  Locally, the cLEAN© group partners with site leadership to provide expertise and coaching in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies, serving as site process improvement champions.  cLEAN© is the Novo Nordisk way of focusing on delivering value to our cutomers through the relentless elimination of waste-thereby continuously improving our processes.
